Please note that All Tools
Supply, Inc.
only ships to locations within the Continental United States.
Shipping Charges:
Orders will be charged a shipping charge consistent with the method of
shipment needed to bring your products to you as quickly and as
economically as possible. It is highly recommended that you insure your
order. All Tools Supply, Inc. is not responsible for uninsured items
that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Expedited Orders:
If you would like to expedite your order please call our Sales
Department at 817-483-0700. Your order will usually ship the same day.
Product Inspections:
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with
your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it
is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged
during shipping. Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of
your packages:
For items shipped via
freight carrier:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect
the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery
driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such
on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not
note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.
For items shipped via
FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS:
If there is any damage, visible or not, note the damage above your
signature on the delivery ticket and contact us within 2 days to report
the damage.
Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is
any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is
severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please
refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 817-483-0700. We will
notify you by email or phone with further instructions on processing
the claim.
Shortages/Damages/Defects:
You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shortages
(did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as
shipped), damages or defects. You must notify us within two (2) days of
receipt of any shortages, damages or defects. Your product is covered
by a manufacturer’s warranty and we cannot take
responsibility
for any damages or defects beyond this point and you will need to
contact the manufacturer directly. |
