All
Tools Supply, Inc. provides a
satisfaction guarantee for all online purchases. If you are not 100%
satisfied with a product you purchased from us, we will either provide
an exchange or a refund.
To return a product, you must call us for a Return Authorization number
(RA#) within 10 days of the original All Tools Supply, Inc. invoice
date. You must return the products to All Tools Supply, Inc. within 5
days after the RA# is issued.
Please be sure to provide an explanation regarding the reason for the
return or exchange on the back of a copy of the original invoice. You
must return all items, boxes, packaging materials, and other
accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us. All items returned must
be unused and in their original packaging as shipped by All Tools
Supply, Inc. Please make sure you write the RA# number on the outside
of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# will be refused.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return
shipping and insurance costs. All Tools Supply, Inc. is not responsible
for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in shipping. Any items
returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be
refused. The products must be in new condition or we cannot accept them
for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return damaged or
incomplete returns or when the manufacturer's warranty or return
policies supersede ours.
To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions:
1.Print the Return Authorization # on the outside of the package.
Please be sure to provide an explanation regarding the reason for the
return or exchange on the back of a copy of the original invoice.
2. Return products in the original packaging supplied by the
manufacturer.
3. Include all parts, hardware and instructions supplied by the
manufacturer with the original product.
4. Return the product in new condition - not used, installed or
disassembled. Original packaging must be in tact. Product must be in
resellable condition.
5. Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.
6. For your benefit send domestic returns via UPS-Ground / DHL, or
other trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You
are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. All Tools
Supply, Inc. is not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or
damaged in shipping.
Return Authorization will be valid for 5 days. Therefore, returns must
be received by us within 5 days from the RGA issue date to receive full
credit.
Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied or
will incur an additional fee.

Following inspection of the returned product, an exchange or refund
will be issued for the original cost of the returned product less any
applicable fees. Adjustments will be applied to the payment method used
for the original transaction.
